Rejoice Christian’s run to the state title resulted in several Eagles receiving individual accolades.
Senior Justin Seay was named the MVP of the recent Class 2A state tournament, averaging nearly 16 points per game in Rejoice’s three victories that resulted in the school’s first ever boys’ basketball championship.
Junior Jaden Lietzke was a first-team selection after he averaged 17 points in the state tournament. Seniors Andrew Crow and Reece Hamar were second team all-tournament honorees.
